Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Real Estate Egyptian Consortium has approved the distribution of bonus shares to shareholders for fiscal year 2016.

The bonus shares will be distributed at 12.5% with a total value of EGP 10 million, according to the company’s statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) approved raising the company’s paid and issued capital to EGP 90 million, distributed over 9 million shares at a par value of EGP 10 per share.
